PSA: Announcing wpt.fyi

The web-platform-tests dashboard <http://wpt.fyi/> is a new resource for
viewing up-to-date WPT results for Chrome Dev, Firefox Nightly, and latest
public Edge and Safari. We hope this dashboard makes it easier for browser
developers to better prioritize tests and achieve web platform
interoperability.
