[IndexedDB] Seeking status and plans

Hi Zhiqiang, All,

I would appreciate it, if you would please provide some status and plans 
for the IndexedDB [TestSuite], in particular:

* What is the time frame to address the open [Issues]?

* What needs to be done before the test suite is considered "sufficient" 
to test the [CR]?

* What is the time frame to update/replace the April 2014 [Interop] 
report and to include additional browsers?
