Hi!

Ok, then I have an answer for my immediate question, which is that I
shouldn't write any blacklists into the test itself. Any blacklists will be
maintained by the CI that runs the test, whether it be wptrunner or Dirk's
blacklists. Dirk, prepare yourself for updates to the blacklists, because
we do not conform to the standard! ;)
