Hi TPAC 2012 Program Committee, I plan to announce our schedule for the TPAC plenary day this week, probably 18 September. In preparation: - I have updated the TPAC 2012 wiki (adding the schedule and making other edits) http://www.w3.org/wiki/TPAC2012 - I have updated the FAQ: http://www.w3.org/wiki/TPAC2012/FAQ It now includes information (based on our discussions) about: * Pre-selecting sessions, and that really hot ones may get promoted to plenary * Good practices for organizing a session * Sharing (various options) Please review the materials and say whether you see any showstoppers. ========= Next steps * Proposed next meeting: Tuesday, 25 September at 10am ET for 1 hour (not sure of Jeff's availability yet). The agenda will be to look at the session proposals and see whether there are areas where we wish to encourage sessions. * Our next step as a committee is to encourage people to propose breakout sessions and to evaluate proposals for pre-selected sessions. At the 17 September call, Marie, Alan, and Ian agreed to this action: Come up with suggested session topics and names of people who could do them. I encourage others to do so as well.
