Proposal: 3 types of AI Inference

Dear all, 

To relaunch discussion on the inference aspect of AI Preferences, I just added a proposal to the open AI Pref issue on RAG and Grounding (https://github.com/ietf-wg-aipref/drafts/issues/172).
