Next meeting of the TDMRep CG - Sept 30 , 14.00-15.00 UTC

Dear TDMRep CG members,
The last CG meeting was held in April, and its notes are found at https://www.w3.org/community/tdmrep/. Since then, some members have been following the work of the IETF on AI-Pref. This project is still ongoing, with active participation of both content providers and AI actors.
 The IETF AI-pref initiative has just released two new Working Group Last Call (WGLC) documents, which are interesting to read:

Note that the two documents are independent; TDMRep could size only the first, or both (or none). Note also that the re-installation of the "Text and Data Mining" term at the top-level is considered, instead of "Automated Processing".
A third document is also considered, focusing on the inference side, where content substitution is in scope: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-silver-aipref-vocab-substitutive/
A face to face meeting of the IETF group is planned on October 2.
Before then, the CG chairs propose a call on Tuesday, September 30, from 14.00 to 15.00 UTC (see timeandate<https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meetingdetails.html?year=2025&month=9&day=30&hour=14&min=0&sec=0&p1=195>) to openly discuss if there are inputs from the TDMRep CG to the IETF AI-Pref working group.
If you cannot attend the CG meeting on Sep.30, you are welcome to send the CG Chairs your comments in advance .
We take the occasion to remind you that another TDMRep CG meeting is scheduled during the new W3C annual conference, on Friday, 14 November 2025, at 7:30 am UTC, duration 1:30h.
The W3C TPAC is a hybrid event. Some participants will be in Kobe, Japan, from November 10 to 14th. Other participants will be online. Registration is open at https://www.w3.org/register/tpac2025.

It will be a good occasion to discuss next steps for the TDMRep initiative: evolution of the specification? official standardization?
