Participation to the W3C TPAC

Dear TDMRep participants,

The W3C TPAC 2021 (i.e. Technical Plenary meetings) will be virtual. It will be held from 18 to 29 October.
The week from 25 to 29 October will be dedicated to the Joint and Group meetings.

It is useful to participate to this week of W3C meetings, in particular because it can attract new people to the group. 
In consequence, the TDMRep call planned on 19/10 is moved to 26/10, and we will skip the 02/11 call. 
We will send reminders early October. 

PS: a call is planned on 27/07 at the usual time. We'll decide then if we keep a call in August.
