Hi,

I'm Jean-Baptiste de Vathaire, director of Cairn SA.

Our company proposes on line diffusion services, principally through our 
platform www.cairn.info <https://www.cairn.info>, a portail of french 
speaking publications in humanities and social sciences.

Since we distributes on behalf of publishers many contents in free 
access (natively or beyond a moving wall, but generally not in CC by 
licence), attracting a lot of commercial bots, we're very interested  by 
participating to the recreation of an efficient reservation protocol for 
TDM.
