Re: Reminder- next meeting on April 6

Dear participants,

I have uploaded to Github the second technical proposal we talked about, relative to the use of a file hosted on the origin server (i.e. the server on which web resources are stored).

See https://github.com/w3c/tdm-reservation-protocol/blob/main/proposals/proposal-file-at-origin.md <https://github.com/w3c/tdm-reservation-protocol/blob/main/proposals/proposal-file-at-origin.md>

This proposal is more or less similar to what robots.txt offers, at least for defining locations in a directory tree ; therefore you may find https://github.com/w3c/tdm-reservation-protocol/blob/main/docs/robots.md <https://github.com/w3c/tdm-reservation-protocol/blob/main/docs/robots.md> interesting to read before the call.
Reading https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-koster-rep-00#section-2.2.2 <https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-koster-rep-00#section-2.2.2> and https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-koster-rep-00#section-2.2.3 <https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-koster-rep-00#section-2.2.3> may be useful for the discussion. (we could reuse the wording).
If you are not familiar with regular expressions, a visit to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Guide/Regular_Expressions <https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/JavaScript/Guide/Regular_Expressions> may also be useful.

Best regards
Laurent Le Meur
