TalentSignal: Job Data Exchange

Hello all, here is some news of relevance to Talent Marketplace Signaling.

As you may know, one of the inputs for the work that we did on 
TalentSignal was the USCCF Job Data Exchange 
<https://www.uschamberfoundation.org/workforce-development/JDX> (JDX) 
data model. Last week it was announced publicly that the USCCF has 
launched a new partnership with HR Open Data Standards Consortium (HR 
Open) to migrate the data standard and to promote its adoption and use

reviewing/providing feedback on this work, please contact Kim Bartkus

One relevant aspect of this that I will be keeping an eye on is that 
while JDX was created as an RDF schema, which can be expressed in 
JSON-LD (like schema.org), HR Open standards are "plain" JSON, specified 
with JSON Schema. I'm interested in ways that we can maintain and 
maximize interoperability between JDX as an HR Open specification and 
RDF vocabularies, notably schema.org.
