[TalentSignal] Quick status/progress update

Hello all, a quick status update:

* Our proposal to provide a start date for job 
<https://www.w3.org/community/talent-signal/wiki/Provide_start_date_for_job> 
in JobPostings /is/ in the draft <https://webschemas.org/jobStartDate> 
for the next release of schema.org. All going well expect to see it in 
the beginning of July.

* I have just sent a pull request to add an example of JobPosting 
qualifications as EducationalOccupationalCredential 
<https://www.w3.org/community/talent-signal/wiki/Example_of_JobPosting_qualifications_as_EducationalOccupationalCredential>

* I have also just sent a pull request to add employmentUnit for the 
unit at which the job is based 
<https://www.w3.org/community/talent-signal/wiki/Unit_at_which_the_job_is_based#Proposal>

* Coincidentally, there is a proposal been added for representing 
educational programs 
<https://github.com/schemaorg/schemaorg/issues/2289> which includes 
adding a property hasCredential to Person and Organization. This is 
relevant to one of our open issues 
<https://www.w3.org/community/talent-signal/wiki/Issues,_use_cases_and_requirements> 
"Add property to Person for skills/qualifications etc"

Hopefully those last 3 items will be considered for inclusion in 
schema.org in the release after July-- in August, I guess :)
