Re: [TalentSignal] What issue to consider next

Hello again,

Stuart's suggestion
<https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-talent-signal/2019Jun/0015.html>
[1] about providing "the specific sub-department/facility/business unit
at which the job is based", and the JDX approach to dealing with this
looks good.

I would like suggest that we could look at providing some examples, i.e.
address 9 and 10 on the current issues list
<https://www.w3.org/community/talent-signal/wiki/Issues,_use_cases_and_requirements>

* There should be examples of how to refer skills requirements to
competency definitions in a standard framework and encoding such as
CTDL-ASN in C.E. or CASE in CASE Registry
* There should be examples of how to refer qualifications to
EducationalOccupationalCredentials

(I would do the second of those first because we half-addressed it
<https://www.w3.org/community/eocred-schema/wiki/Link_between_educational_occupational_credential_and_JobPosting_or_Occupation>[3]
when building the EOCred proposal--we just need tweaks to add it to
JobPosting.)

Does anyone have any comments or other suggestions?

Regards, Phil.
