[TalentSignal] Summary of kick-off meeting

Hello all. I have written a summary on Google Docs

[1] of our kick-off meeting last week. Can I ask that those of you who 
were on the meeting look it over and suggest any changes (either as 
tracked changes to the doc or as comments). There is a link to the 
recording in the summary if you need to refresh your memory.

I hope that at the end of this week I can post the summary on the 
Community Group website blog.
