Apple's SE API

Hi All,

The document at http://images.apple.com/ipad/business/docs/iOS_Security_Feb14.pdf
shows that Apple already have a very sophisticated embedded SE in their newest devices.

Do they also have a web-oriented SE API?  None that I'm aware of but if they had,
it would without doubt faithfully reflect the architecture of the embedded SE rather
than introducing "alien" interfaces and architectures like 7816 and GlobalPlatform.
