The new version is here: http://sysapps.github.io/tcp-udp-sockets/ and the PR is https://github.com/sysapps/tcp-udp-sockets/pull/63.
Discussions on this rewrite is been done in https://github.com/whatwg/streams/issues/64.
Please note that so far only interface TCPSocket has been rewritten. I am now continuing with UDP and TCPServer interfaces.
