Hi,

I have issued a PR, https://github.com/sysapps/raw-sockets/pull/51 based on issue https://github.com/sysapps/raw-sockets/issues/36.

I have addressed Patrick's comments and investigated how current implementations handle local interface binding for UDP. So I hope this is right even though there are many combinations of requesting local and remote addresses.

However, not sure on TCP server sockets. See my last comment in https://github.com/sysapps/raw-sockets/issues/36.
