Hi,

In the spec of Contacts Manager API, the ContactsChangeEvent Interface (http://www.w3.org/2012/sysapps/contacts-manager-api/#idl-def-ContactsChangeEvent) doesn't tell whether this event only fires from Contact API itself(as implemented in FirefoxOS), or it will fire when address book is updated from another application as well.

Could someone help clarify this and see if it can be stated clearly in the spec?
