Overall, +1 from me. Just some small nits: • I don't think you need to consider an "integrator" role. That should be the same thing as the editor. • You should be clear about where issues go. It sounds like you want to use the GH issues tracker. This is fine, but you should probably think about a way of backing them up so that they're not forever on a third-party service. This should be pretty easy using the GH API. Note that W3C has contacts at GitHub and if you find problems with that we can easily get them to the right people. • You mention wanting to make sure that the mailing list is in the loop for all discussions; one thing you could do is make sure various notifications from the repo are sent to it. -- Robin Berjon - http://berjon.com/ - @robinberjon
