Hello,

The Telephony API specification now looks mature enough to be
published as FPWD, as all major issues linked to the FPWD milestone
have been addressed.

Thanks to Giri for making valid points concerning CDMA. These have
been included into the spec in the form of notes, issues, and  text.
The impact of these is mainly compliance related, but may lead to
further changes later on.

We/editors are looking forward for further feedback and contributions.

Thanks to Marcos for the lot of useful contributions he has made, and
note that he is now editor of the spec. It has been really nice to
work with him.

Mounir, Wonsuk, could you please take the necessary steps to get an
agreement to publish the Telephony API as FPWD?
