Single instance mode vs multiple instances in manifest spec from Min, Hongbo on 2013-04-22 (public-sysapps@w3.org from April 2013)

Hi, 

I found that there is no such a field in the manifest to indicate whether the app is running in a single instance mode or a multiple instances? I think it makes sense on the system which support app running in multiple instance.

I suggest to add a field named "singleton", and the default value is true.
