I believe that Bryan expressed strong support several times, and that others shared that interest. Did I misread the list? I think this is a simple API that would be quite helpful and finding an editor shouldn't be hard (it has been put aside because there was no editing commitment IIRC). I would support putting it into phase 2. -- Mounir
