RE: free, comprehensive, available semantic WS framework ?

Benjamin,

as far as I know, SWSF is a specification to describe web service
properties, but I'm not not aware of any implementation based on SWSF that
would address the concerns I mentioned in my previous email.

You should definitely also look at Semantic Web Services Framework
(available on the web).
