CALL FOR TUTORIALS
***********************

The SWAP 2007 Organizing Committee, in addition to the regular research and
workshop program,
invites tutorials on relevant topics of interest, either for a half day or
1/4 day duration.

A tutorial should present the state of the art of a Semantic Web area
enabling attendees to
fully appreciate the current issues, main schools of thought and,
especially, possible
application areas. Although tutorials may focus entirely on theoretical
aspects, we
encourage organisers to incorporate hands-on sessions where appropriate.

Tutorial proposals should not exceed 2 pages and should contain the
following information:
    * title and short abstract (to be published on the SWAP2007 website)
    * tutorial description (aims, content, presentation style, technical
requirements)
    * outline of the tutorial (content and schedule)
    * information on presenters (name, affiliation, web-address as well as
expertise and
teaching/presentation experience unless evident from their website)

Submitted proposals that follow the above guidelines will be reviewed by the
SWAP2007
organizing committee with respect to the relevance of the topic, the
content, and the presentation style.

****************
AUDIENCE AND LANGUAGE
****************

The workshop aims at giving an overview of work performed by the (Italian)
Semantic Web community,
and aims to attract researchers, developers and interested practitioners
alike.
Contributions and participants from other countries have been very valuable
for the past events,
and are invited and very welcome.

Woekshop and Tutorials language is English, for the presentation as well as
the used materials.
