WS-Agreement & SAWSDL

I was packing things up and ran across an oldish paper about  
WS-Agreement, which seems be similar to e.g., the OWL-S Profile.

I'm wondering how this might relate to SAWSDL. Obviously, the  
description of agreements or contracts per se is not directly related,  
but they do have Service Description Terms which represent things like  
QoS.

On the flip side, I'm wondering if any WS-Agreementers are interested  
in connecting with or building upon SAWSDL. I'm also wording how "live"  
WS-Agreement is.
