WSDL 2.0 and SAWSDL to UDDI mapping

Here is the the latest draft of my technical note on mapping WSDL 2.0 to
UDDI and SAWSDL to UDDI.
Included in this version is a FULL SAWSDL to UDDI mapping example with
declaration sample, uddi v2
mapped components and example uddi queries.
