RE: RDF Namespaces & Attributes

That's true, they're not defined in the document at the namespace URI
which only covers the core vocabulary rather than the complete syntax.
The properties you list only appear in RDF/XML and don't appear in the
corresponding RDF model, so don't have real property definitions. You
can find descriptions of them in the RDF/XMl syntax specification:

	Can anyone give me the URI for the RDF namespace defining some
of the following RDF attributes? Or give me an insight into how these
are defined?
	 
	rdf:about, rdf:Description, rdf:li, rdf:ID, rdf:parseType ...
etc
	 
	where rdf refers to: 
	xmlns:rdf="http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#"
	 
	I cant find any definitions for these attributes in the above
