I should also mention the seldom mentioned BOR: http://www.ontotext.com/bor/ Racer (+ oiled or protege) is probably still the over all champ (i.e., fastest for the most functionality, even if it may now lose on speed for some things to FaCT++ and on functionality to Pellet and maybe BOR), but its source is not available.
