Hi! I'm doing a university project that involves researching service description using OWL-S and I'd like to know what is the necessary technical background I should have. I've already read the OWL-S Technical Overview, but I don't think that it was a good beginning for me, I understood how things are made and their purpose, but I didn't understand syntax, meaning of tags, etc...
