I am fine with the deadline of mid October 2017. By then we should also be able to have someone else take over as chair.

In essence it adds annotation capability to all (legacy) documents pertaining to Sustainable Development Goals, by either creating library index records, or adding coding to web pages or including annotation by keywords into all new research articles, using ontology driven structures.
