OK, so wow from the outset; you're talking about something I've never seen
anyone make. I'm myself right in that field, mixing ux with semweb to
create more encompassing systems, using core ontologies as an integration
platform.

Now, I did start making a system for this a few years ago, now abandoned.
All I have are bits and bobs of various tools and apps I've created for
these purposes over time, however I think I'm the only person who can hack
through that complex wilderness. I have one system that takes a text yaml
file as input, and spits out various interesting graphs using graphviz and
topic maps files you can use in other system like xsiteable or ontopia
(which further can convert to the rdf world). I did plan to make a proper
and possibly commercial tool of it one day, but life got in the way.

Anyway, if you come across anything, keep us in the loop; I think it's the
true path into the future, it's just going to take the it world a decade or
so more to find out. :)
