February Update and final call for WORKSHOP

OK everyone, thanks for those who have contributed by submitting a paper to
the @wims13  workshop, reviews will start soon. This is a last call for
submissions, the deadline is tomorrow or end of this week at the latest!
Anyone thinking of a last minute submission which may EXCEED tomorrows
deadline, should contact the workshop organisers immediately.

I'd like to send a reminder that we have a JOURNAL SPECIAL ISSUE coming up,
with deadlines not far behind. Please consider submitting some excellent
article, and/or promoting the cft

Below I am reposting some forms where members of this group can provide

about various group activities as well as their availability to serve as
chairs, so that we can share this task.

I suppose in the next week or two we'll finalise our agenda and schedule
for the rotating chairs based on what people enter in the form so if you
have not done it yet, please take a moment out of your busy schedule to
make sure we make something out of this

You ask : what are the duties?
Good question.  From my understanding of the Community Guidelines, 'we'
need to collectively decide what we want to achieve and how to achieve it,
my guess is that Chair and VC need to ensure that whatever the group
decides, is more or less carried out in the smoothest possible way

This is why I thought it would be a good idea to ask everyone's input
May I take the opportunity to remind ourselves that to make a plan we may
benefit from everyone views:-)
