Re: Chair Elections and Community Group Draft

If the meeting facilitator cannot post the meeting notes themselves, then they should find someone who can post them. Part of facilitating a meeting is ensuring that it is actually captured in the notes and that the notes are published. This can be delegated.

If we say that instead, no, meeting notes are optional and publishing them is optional, then we have terrible communication norms.
