[e2ee] Taskforce meeting moving to Tue 5 May 2026

The e2ee task force meeting is usually on the fourth Tuesday of the month.
However, this month it conflicts with Fediforum.

So, we're going to do the meeting next Tuesday, 5 May 2026 at the same
time, 15:00 UTC.
