TPAC and the Social Web Working Group kickoff

Hey, folks.

I had planned to go to Kobe for TPAC 2025, the annual W3C technical 
conference. The main reason was to be present for the kick-off session 
for our new Social Web Working Group.

But it looks like a) we're not going to have a lot of Social*G people in 
Kobe and b) we're not going to do a Working Group kickoff.

Should we plan an in-person kickoff meeting for the Working Group either 
in December 2025 or early in 2026?
