Meeting this week

Hello all,

We are having a meeting this week at a not-normal time and date for
SWICG to take advantage of TPAC happening this week. The main agenda item
will be discussing the WG Charter progress, and whatever other business
people bring to the meeting.

above, but for ease of reference, this is happening at:

Pacific time: 4pm on Thu Nov 13
Eastern time: 7pm on Thu Nov 13
Japan time: 9am Fri Nov 14

The meeting will be held over Zoom, as opposed to our usual jit.si, again
to tap in to the TPAC conference center system. Dial-in details are at the
link above.

To accomodate TPAC this is at a different time of day than usual, apologies
to all who can't make it at this hour!
