Hi Nigini,

This is due to the calendar events being recurring, maybe what could be done is having an (github) issue to track agenda for these meetings, and then label it with "meetings" and have the "agenda" link be a link to issues filtered by label of meetings.

But otherwise I don't see a good way that these can be kept accurate, since only a few people have access to the calendar to update it.
