Agenda Proposal for Friday's SWICG call

Hi all,
Happy New Year!

For tomorrow's (Fri Jan 3, 2025) monthly SocialWeb CG call, any objections
if we, in addition to our usual Task Force updates, spend a bit of time
talking about SocialWeb wishlist / roadmap items for 2025?

Our current priorities are: finalizing and adopting the CG charter, and
possibly proposing a Working Group charter. (in addition to the various
task force work items). So we COULD just do issue processing on those
repos.

But I'm curious if people would like a more general wishlist / 2025
discussion instead.
