Wait for it wait for it the hidden powers that be who look after all the federated instances are going to have to lock down responding to new servers and users coming online or have to respond to a whole new wave of bot behaviour. I for one will probably not be connecting to ActivityPub on my system if this comes into being and there's just too much chaotic non human traffic. It will be a white list world.
