"ActivityPub at one glance" diagram

I’m looking for diagrams that explain ActivityPub at one glance and would appreciate pointers to good ones.

Bonus if they make it immediately clear how ActivityPub is different from other protocols roughly in the same space.

The goal is to link from https://activitypub.rocks or put the diagrams there directly, in order to help communicate what ActivityPub is and how it is different from other protocols.
