Hi, all! Some good news: there is movement afoot to implement the MLS 
over ActivityPub specification in early 2026. (I'll have some 
announcements about this in the coming days.) This is pretty exciting; 
end-to-end encrypted messaging has been an Achilles' heel for the 
network, and providing some privacy for DMs will be good for the whole 
ecosystem.

I'd like to ask that we schedule monthly meetings of the E2EE Task Force 
for the foreseeable future. There will be lively discussion of 
implementation issues, plus a chance to collaborate on finishing and 
releasing the Report.
