Github Activity Summary Emails Outage

Hi all,

Just to let you know, the GitHub Activity Summary emails were accidentally disabled by GitHub because apparently repos without commits in 60 days get cron schedule actions turned off without warning.

I'm currently working on an alternative, which is to you the server mode, and I'm working to secure a sponsor for the VPS that will host this.

For now, I've re-enabled the schedule action, so emails we resume on Sunday. Sorry about the interruption.
