Book questions

Hey famed author :-)

Now that the ActivityPub book appears to be available, inquiring minds want to know:

* will there be a physical version, or just Kindle etc.? (Or something electronic that doesn’t give some unrelated company (like Amazon) a veto over whether I get to still read it next week.)

* will there be autographed copies?

* will there be autographed and signed copies, meaning the dedication page in the front is an ActivityPub message with personalized content, and HTTP signed by the author?

(Okay, okay, I thought it was worth a shot asking …)
