Re: December CG call - (Dec 6)

Good reminder!  My biggest question  is that neither of the
charters references the staging process so I am still unclear how the
staging process is supposed to work. Neither charter says that it may adopt
additional work items that pass the staging process, so are they intended
to rule out additional work beyond the items already listed in scope?
Especially with the language "Changes that add new functionality are out of
scope" in there.
