What is the significance of this find?

DSNP <https://www.dsnp.org/>, a project of Frank McCourt, Jr.'s Project
Liberty, has defined a profile of ActivityStreams which limits the set of
supported objects to just Note and Profile. All supported properties,
except one, are taken from either ActivityStreams V2.0 or the AS
Vocabulary. The one added property is  "hash" which is defined as a
multihash encoded value.
