Re: Special Topic Call - Social Web and CSAM: Liabilities and Tooling

So, I took two actions based on this report and the conversation today.

1. I started a page in the ActivityPub Primer <https://www.w3.org/wiki/ActivityPub/Primer/Detecting_and_Reporting_CSAM> with some of the suggestions from the Thiel and DiResta paper. Please feel free to edit the document, although I’d appreciate taking extra care with this topic.
2. I started a FEP <https://codeberg.org/fediverse/fep/pulls/140> for implementing the hash and signature process recommended in the report. It’s a WIP; the report doesn’t give details on the hash function or signature mechanism, nor does the PhotoDNA service API. I’m going to check to see what I can do to get more information there.
