So, that's three options, not 2!
1. "Unleash your data"
2. "Data Unleashed"
3. "Unleashes your data"
It a little early to vote, I think. Unless people are really tired of
talking about it, or there's an immediate deadline. (is there?)
My choice would depend on the context. Number 1 is for when you're
trying to convince someone to use a system that implements RDF. Numbers
2 and 3 are for when you're just trying to convey what the Semantic Web
is.
I feel a subtle difference between 2 and 3 which makes me lean toward 2.
I think it's this: Number 2 says the Semantic Web *is* data, while
Number 3 says the Semantic Web is something active, something which
manages data. Number 2 fits my way of thinking better -- I usually
consider the web to be made up of documents, not to be some system which
handles documents for me. (Of course, there are times when I dig into
the system details, but not usually when I am a user.) I would expect
to hear people say that "foaf data is part of the semantic web", not
"foaf data is available from the semantic web." But I wouldn't be
shocked to hear the second form (corresponding to #3), so,
... whatever. :-)
