I like the Pulpit hike thingy, although it may complicate late joining for people who arrive during sunday. And someone has to volunteer to carry the hotel2pulpit cable extension reel for the laptops ;) (I won't know before mid March if I'll be able to attend the F2F, so don't count this as a valid vote...)
