All, First I would like to say thanks to Segala for offering hosting for spreadthesemanticweb.com. I did not hit "reply all" , so my converstion with Paul went offlist... So far, I have installed the SIOC exporter, site is at a default Drupal installation, I hope to "read the friendly manual", and start posting content tonight. "I would like to see the campaign a combination of grassroots and Enterprise support, and everything in between. So company involvement is a big difference from the "spread Firefox" campaign. Perhaps it may be important as to define what qualifies as a resource to "Spread the Semantic Web". Thank again to Segala - Paul, David of RDF-CL, ERT & MWI and Sorcha of WCAG & MWI. David already has some great ideas: " Ian and I started a conversation with Dan Brickley about encompassing FOAF into our extension as I'd like to enable trust for people after we get it right for content. I'd like RDF-CL to be used as a good case study as there are already major uses cases for its use. A semantic wikipedia would be cool. " On another note, I have been spreading the meme of "We are really in Web 0.2" , as the "versioning" of "Web 2.0" is quite misleading from its original design, with much distortion arising. more soon, Alex On 10/13/06, Paul Walsh, Segala <paulwalsh@segala.com> wrote: > Segala is a very close partner of Glaxstar [1] - the company that maintains > spreadfirefox.com.
