Re: Trial version of the questionnaire

Dear all,

thanks for the first batch of comments... I will change the
questionnaire now (in the coming hour, it is around Monday noon in
Amsterdam) to include those comments that do not seem to require
additional discussion; I will also collect those comments that may
require at least a 'nod' from others. Stay tuned...
