... when I first looked at it I thought it could be handled by the semantics of the core properties and the dumbing-down rules
... I don't think we ever thought the semantics would be different

btw i recently changed the redirect for the mapping spec latest
version, http://www.w3.org/2004/02/skos/mapping/spec/ now redirects to
the latest version of the SKOS Reference -- although I'm happy for
antoine to change this to send to an intermediate page, if he feels
that is best.
